Healthy Thanksgiving Side Dishes

Thanksgiving is just days away!  Are you ready?  I am hosting this year, but my whole family is dividing up the menu so I only have a few dishes to make.  Because of all the heavy food that is sure to fill the table, I am lightening things up with some Shallot Green Beans and a Brussels Sprouts Salad with Pistachios and Avocado (recipes coming to the blog soon!).  Although these dishes are on the lighter side, they are full of flavor.  I find that people take seconds and thirds of these dishes because they can eat them guilt-free, knowing they won’t add to their waistline.

If you agree, you will love today’s post. I have rounded up several healthy options for Thanksgiving side dishes.  I have everything from quinoa and potatoes, to squash and salads.  Browse through and let me know what you think of these healthy Thanksgiving side dishes.
