I am in the kitchen today, showing you how to make a breakfast pizza! I love teaching people to cook and eat healthier. This breakfast pizza proves that plant-based foods can be delicious and easy to make. What is more fun than a pizza for breakfast? My family loves it and I guarantee yours will too.
I start with a store bought pizza crust dough, (thank you, Trader Joe’s), and layer on some Mexican inspired toppings, such as soyrizo. Just roll out your dough, layer on your toppings, and bake for 10 minutes. To make this breakfast pizza hit your table even quicker in the morning, prep it the night before and then just pop it in the oven when you are ready to eat.

Use Tofurky deli meats, veggie breakfast sausage or bacon, and hash browns to make your ideal breakfast pie.
