I am craving chips and salsa after making this salsa cooking video! My latest YouTube video features a recipe with just 5 ingredients – roasted tomato chipotle salsa! And it only requires a blender!! I shared the recipe on the blog last week, and today I am bringing it to life, blending it up in my latest YouTube cooking video.
This is a quick and easy salsa recipe that is going to take your chip dipping, or sauce pouring, (it works great drizzled on tacos, burritos, enchiladas and more), to the next level. The longest part of this recipe is roasting the tomatoes (for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees). You don’t want to skip this step because it brings out the sweetness in the tomatoes and adds greater flavor to the salsa.
