I love the versatility of these Quick & Easy Herb Lentils. They make a great filling in a wrap with greens and avocado, as well as a delicious sprinkling on top of a salad of baby greens and cucumbers. You can change the recipe up with whatever fresh herbs you have on hand. This recipe uses lemon juice and no oil, so it is fat-free and figure friendly too!
