I have been eating lots of nori wraps lately. Nori is that green sheet used to wrap sushi. It has been hot and humid in Los Angeles, so I have been craving something light and easy to make for lunch. These wraps are just that and they are packed with lots of nutrients. The nori itself is full of iodine, Vitamins C and A, magnesium and potassium. I have also been watching my calories a bit more after a very indulgent summer, so nori wraps are great at just 5 calories a sheet.
To make a wrap, I love to spread a little hummus over the sheet, pile it with vegetables and seeds, and drizzle a bit of Bragg’s Amino Acids on top. Watch the video below for how easy it is make your own!
