Entertaining during the holiday season is stressful enough without worrying about everyone’s allergies. In my family, we have someone who is gluten-free, two vegetarians, and one vegan! This dairy-free cheese platter has something for everyone! In addition to crackers, (which always include several gluten-free options), I includes lots of other beautiful vegetables for spreading. Petite carrots, cucumbers, radishes, jicama sticks, and endive leaves are all great choices for adorning with your favorite artisan cheeses. I also love antipasto platters so my dairy-free cheese platter always has an assortment of olives, marinated artichokes. mushrooms, and sun-dried tomatoes to choose from.
When it comes to dairy-free cheeses, I have so many that I love. When I went vegan almost seven years ago, there weren’t nearly the variety of options available that exist today. There has never been a more delicious time to be dairy free! My vegan cheese guide shares some of my favorites. In today’s cooking video, I share how I put a dairy-free cheese platter together. It is quick and easy once you have all of your ingredients prepped and ready. I take a lot of pleasure in “plating” all of the elements onto the platter. I am not an artist but my dairy-free cheese platter definitely becomes a masterpiece!
